Public Service Policies
Public service policies are the guidelines that shape how the library serves the community and ensures everyone has fair and welcoming access to our resources.
Shaker Heights Public Library policies explain and regulate the operations of the library. Policies are approved by the Library Board of Trustees and are reviewed annually. Library policies are always subject to modification as conditions change, and the Board of Trustees may at its discretion change policies at any time.
