Public Computers

Public computers and free Wi-Fi are available at both Shaker Main Library and the Bertram Woods Branch. By using our computers and internet access you agree to follow our Acceptable Use of the Internet Policy.

Print, Copy, Fax, and Scan

Print, copy, fax, and scan services are available at both branches. Black and white (10¢ per page) and color printing (50¢ per page) is available. Customers with a library card receive $1.00 of free prints every day. Fax and scan services are free to use.

Laptop Lending

Adults with a valid library card in good standing may check out a laptop for up to 3 hours from the Laptop Lending Kiosk at Shaker Main Library. Laptops must remain on the Main Library premises.

Wi-Fi Access

Both Shaker Main Library and Bertram Woods Branch offer free Wi-Fi. Bring your wireless-enabled mobile device to the library and connect by selecting the Shaker Heights Public Library network. Access our Wi-Fi from our parking lot or surrounding areas at any hour.

Explore, design, create, and innovate. Whether you are sewing or block-printing, bookbinding or digitizing, you can tell your story in the Creative Spaces.
