Main Library meeting rooms and Bertram Woods Community Room are intended for medium-sized and larger groups or organizations.

  • Rooms may be requested up to 3 months in advance.
  • All meeting rooms are equipped with presentation capabilities.
  • Non-profit organizations may reserve the rooms for free.
  • Fees apply to for-profit and social event requests.
  • For social events, only residents of the Shaker Heights City School District with a library card in good standing may rent library meeting rooms.
