The Boulevard Room is a large meeting room located at Shaker Main Library. It can accommodate groups of up to 49 people.
The Boulevard Room includes
- 11 mobile, flip-top, nesting tables; 1 accessible (60″ x 30″)
- 49 chairs in room
- Customers are responsible for room set-up
- Maximum occupancy: 49

- Wireless and wired (via provided HDMI cable) presentation capabilities via projection and screen
- Videoconferencing capabilities
- Whiteboard with dry erase markers

Rental Rates
- Non-profit groups: No charge
- For-profit/social groups: $40 per hour
Additional Information
- Space is on the Second Floor of the Main Library
- Boulevard and Fernway may be combined to accommodate 95 individuals
- Both spaces must be reserved individually in order to combine the spaces
