The Boulevard and Fernway Rooms, when reserved together, may be combined to accommodate groups of up to 95 people.
Both spaces must be reserved individually in order to combine the spaces.
The combined Boulevard & Fernway Rooms include
- 18 mobile, flip-top, nesting tables; 2 accessible (60″ x 30″)
- 95 chairs in room
- Customers are responsible for room set-up
- Maximum occupancy: 95

- Wireless and wired (via provided HDMI cable) presentation capabilities via projection and screen
- Videoconferencing capabilities from the Fernway Space
- Whiteboard with dry erase markers
- Podium
Rental Rates
- Non-profit groups: No charge
- For-profit/social groups: $80 per hour
