Play and Learn Station
The Play and Learn Station is a free, drop-in program offering literacy-based learning opportunities for children ages birth to 5 years, with their parents or caregivers.
What to Expect
Children and their adults are invited to play with a set of activities and toys which build language skills such as vocabulary, self-expression, and understanding and help children to be ready to read when they start school.
The Play and Learn Station is located on the second floor of Shaker Main Library and is staffed by a teacher from our partner agency, Family Connections.
